ICG Homes is proud to continue construction on the Triangle’s 2026 St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway in Rolesville’s Peak at Granite Falls! As highlighted in the March “Million Dollar Moments” newsletter, progress is moving steadily. Exterior painting is underway, and interior finishes—including cabinetry, tile, and bath details—are now being installed. Each step brings the home closer to completion in support of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Ticket sales begin April 23rd, with the giveaway scheduled for June 25th.
