A truly special moment for ICG Homes and the Town of Rolesville community! ICG officially broke ground on the 2026 Triangle St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway in The Peak at Granite Falls, and their team is honored to bring this project to life. Building custom homes is what they do, but building one that directly supports the mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is something they’re deeply grateful for.

The St. Jude Dream Home program raises critical funds through $100 raffle tickets, giving supporters the chance to win a custom home while helping ensure families facing childhood illness never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food.

ICG is incredibly grateful to everyone who joined for the groundbreaking and to those who continue to champion this cause. A big thank you to vendors and subcontractors for donating their time, resources, and expertise to help make this possible.
