ICG was honored to attend the 2025  St. Jude Dream Home® Builder Summit in Memphis, TN, August 25–27 at The Peabody Hotel. They’re proud to share that ICG was recognized with the Golden Hammer Award! The summit featured inspiring sessions, including a St. Jude campus tour, patient panel, an Ideas Worth Sharing panel of builders, a keynote by Eric Lynch, an economist with the National Association of Home Builders, many valuable workshops, and more.

This year, ICG Homes was privileged to build the first St. Jude Dream Home in the Triangle, located in Fuquay-Varina’s Serenity community. Thanks to the support of their amazing community, generous partners, and providers, raffle ticket sales reached $926,900 – with every dollar benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, where families never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food.

ICG will be building another St. Jude Dream Home® in 2026, bringing even more hope and joy to families in our community.
